Introduction
​
WKCDA "WeKonnect" intranet portal is the gateway that unifies access to authority's news & announcements, application process, procurement procedures, staff privileges, which is aimed to increase internal collaboration and work effectiveness. As an essential part of authority's digital transformation route, the intranet is revamped from a traditional website controlled by an outmoded CMS, to a modern responsive-layout portal powered by Microsoft O365 SharePoint Online.

Explore the story behind
The project start from conducting individual interviews for the representative from each departments. Understand the user behaviour of different usages and preferences using survey and questionnaire. All the information gathered were organised into the Use Case Summary.
Analysis the current intranet and use cases to figure out the pain points and design defects.
