Hello，I'm Marcus Lam!
I'm an UX/UI Designer based in Hong Kong, with 9 years of experience in creating products from concept ideas into production.
I am passionate about problem-solving, UX design, visual design, user-centered design methodologies, and front-end development.
I started my career as a graphic designer after graduating from university with a degree in Creative Media. Since then, I don't want to limit myself and I would like to explore different areas, so I changed to be a front-end developer in a global advertising agency.

During my developer life, I have learned to code in programming languages from zero. It leveraged in my later UX designer role because the coding experience helps to put my design vision in place exactly as I've visualized. I am also able to comprehend the possibilities and restrictions during the design process and it facilitates my communication and cooperation with teammates.
I believe good human-centric design cannot be created by a single person but by teamwork, so I am always willing to collaborate with different people and adopt their constructive suggestions.
